Thermal Performance Assessments
BASIX Reports

2DR provides a fixed fee Energy Rating (Thermal Performance Assessments) service which covers both preliminary assessment and final report.

Preliminary Stage: A preliminary Energy Ratings Assessment is completed and a summary report is issued outlining any recommendations if required.

Final Stage: Once plans are finalised a final report will be issued and plans will be stamped and signed off for you to submit to the relevant authority.

Requirements of you:

• You can email a full set of scaled PDF plans that outline all building products being used including slab engineering if slab footing.
• Payment will be required prior to final report being issued to you.

We will provide you with:

Summary page outlining any upgrades that are required • FirstRate 5, 6 star energy rating report • Full set of stamped and signed plans.

State Regulations:

• VIC: 6 star using First Rate 5 or Accurate
• SA: 6 star using First Rate 5 or Accurate
• TAS: 6 star using First Rate 5 or Accurate
• WA: 6 star using First Rate 5 or Accurate
• NSW: BASIX report
• NT: Not accredited in this state
• QLD: Not accredited in this state.
